This is an opportunity to work in an independent, physician‑led environment with no private equity or hospital system involvement. The practice emphasizes patient‑centered care and offers strong growth potential for physicians interested in long‑term partnership. Practice Highlights Physician‑owned practice No private equity or hospital group involvement Productivity bonus and profit‑sharing opportunities Strong growth and leadership potential Monday – Friday schedule with no call or weekends The ideal candidate will be proficient in interventional procedures including nerve blocks, epidural injections, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulator trials. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions Perform interventional pain procedures Develop individualized treatment plans using pharmacologic and interventional approaches Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Travel to satellite offices as needed Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Residency training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine Active Florida medical license Valid DEA license Strong knowledge of interventional pain techniques and pharmacologic management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Experience managing complex pain conditions preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting salary approximately $300,000+ plus performance incentives Monday – Friday schedule No call, weekends, or holidays Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Continuing Medical Education (CME) support Profit‑sharing opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
