Associate Director Regional Marketing Specialist- South Central Region

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director of Regional Marketing for Hematology/Cell Therapy covering the South Central and Southwest regions. This senior in-market role bridges regional markets and headquarters, managing thought leader engagements, speaker development, advisory boards, and promotional education programs while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with thought leaders and regional healthcare professionals for market insights and feedback
• Support advisory board execution and identify appropriate HCP consultants for engagement
• Develop and train speakers for compliant promotional education programs and monitor program effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional field and home office teams on account plans and regional strategy execution
• Attend congresses and industry meetings to participate in regional and national physician discussions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years product marketing, field sales, or field medical experience
• Minimum 5 years hematology or specialty therapeutics experience
• Bachelor's degree required or higher
• Marketing, sales management, or launch experience strongly preferred
• Thought leader engagement, advisory board, and speaker bureau experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge in complex disease states and proven stakeholder relationship building
• Ability to manage large geographic territory and multiple projects with frequent business travel (70%)

Compensation: $166,350 - $201,571 base
