Director of Employee Relations

Leading employee relations strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Employee Relations will provide expert guidance on complex matters, support investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities: Lead and provide hands-on support for complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns and workplace investigations Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and employees on employee relations practices Identify, track, and analyze employee relations trends to inform proactive recommendations and risk mitigation strategies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Employee Relations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with significant experience in employee relations and workplace investigations Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Experience supporting international employee relations matters, ideally with HR and Legal teams in global environments Demonstrated experience conducting complex investigations and providing well-documented recommendations
