Mechanical Assembler

Position Overview Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 60 years in business, is hiring Mechanical Assemblers. Assemblers will produce shipping containers and other products by assembling parts and sub‑assemblies. Qualifications Tier 1: At least 1 year of assembly experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, basic understanding of blueprints, and ability to meet goals and objectives under direct supervision. Tier 2: 3–5 years of experience, same qualifications as Tier 1, plus ability to operate a variety of machines and general understanding of all processes in the department. Tier 3: 5+ years of assembly experience, ideally in the aerospace or defense industries, with the qualifications of Tiers 1 and 2. Certifications in forklift driving and/or blueprint reading are considered a plus. Employment Details Job type: Full‑time. Work schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Hourly pay rate: Tier 1: $17–$19 Tier 2: $19–$21 Tier 3: $21–$25 Benefits & Policies Full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months, including birthday leave.
