Reporting AnalystLocation: St. Louis, MO – OnsiteJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Reporting Architect to define and drive the architecture, standards, design, and development of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on delivering scalable, secure, and insight-driven reporting solutions for operational, tactical, and executive decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain enterprise reporting strategy, roadmap, and architectural standards.Design scalable reporting ecosystems integrating multiple platforms, tools, and data sources.Develop enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.Establish standards for semantic layers, data models, KPIs, metadata, and reporting governance.Partner with senior leaders to develop executive dashboards and decision-support solutions.Ensure consistency and standardization of enterprise metrics and reporting.Evaluate and implement modern BI, AI-enabled analytics, and reporting technologies.Support natural language querying, automated insights, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted reporting.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and developers.Provide architectural guidance while remaining hands-on with report and dashboard development.Apply data governance, security, access controls, and quality standards to reporting solutions.Required SkillsStrong experience in enterprise reporting architecture and business intelligence.Hands-on experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics.Experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, AWS QuickSight.Strong understanding of semantic modeling, data architecture, KPI frameworks, metadata, and reporting governance.Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS S3 and Athena.Knowledge of enterprise data standardization frameworks such as Common Event Model (CEM).Understanding of AI-enabled BI, natural language insights, predictive analytics, and generative AI use cases.Strong knowledge of data security, access models, and governance principles.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.7+ years of experience in BI, reporting architecture, analytics strategy, or enterprise data design.Experience with enterprise-scale reporting transformations or modern BI architecture initiatives.Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics capabilities.Strong executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to translate business objectives into scalable reporting solutions.
