Pharmacy Manager

Position Summary Provides comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and administering other programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. What You’ll Do Drive sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and proper inventory control. Manage pharmacy operations, conduct associate meetings, and align operations with company and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety controls, implementing action plans and providing direction on company programs. Oversee inventory flow, monitor financial performance, and manage budgets to meet strategic business requirements. Foster a culture of patient safety and quality, promote responsibility and transparency, and build high‑performing teams that support a workplace of belonging. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 – $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, regional pay zone adjustments, and complex structure incentives based on external factors.
