Human Resources Specialist

DutiesDuties are listed at the GS-12 grade level.Evaluate, present findings, and propose recommendations to managers while considering classification implications, alignment with other organizations, reduction in overhead costs, logical workflow, or recognized efficiencies.Ability to serve as an advisor to multiple management units for activities involving classification of positions.Provide or arrange specific administrative or technical training necessary to accomplish work-related tasks.Prepare in-depth evaluation statements and effectively communicate findings on classification reviews and classification rationale.
