Job Title: Senior Specialist, Program Finance Job Code: 40270 Job Location: Greenville, TX (Onsite) Job Schedule: 9/80 Job Description L3Harris is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support the financial management, review, and estimating of assigned programs. This role will partner with program management teams to analyze and understand their financial position. The analyst will prepare monthly customer financial reports, verify actual cost reporting, provide variance analysis, and support monthly closing activities. Essential Functions Project controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system. Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast. Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT. Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process. Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates. Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers. The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a range of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Active Secret security clearance. Minimum 1 year experience in the Defense Industry. Minimum 1 year experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc) in program development and execution. Minimum 1 year experience supporting contractual EVMS programs. Minimum 1 year experience with multiple contract types (CP/FP/T&M). Preferred Additional Skills SAP/Deltek Cobra Experience. Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other functions. Experience working independently and with higher levels of management. Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
