Join Our Growing Team in Bryan, Ohio

As we continue to expand operations, we are building a strong team within our Lithography Department and are accepting applications for manufacturing positions as openings become available.

Current and future opportunities may include:

• Feeder Operator
• Coater Operator
• Stacker Operator
• Waxer Operator
• Material Handler
  (sorting and handling steel placed on hold for quality-related defects)

We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and want to grow within a manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Above-average attendance and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing experience with demonstrated longevity at prior employers
• A willingness and desire to learn multiple machines and processes within our operation
• The ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Manufacturing or printing/lithography experience is helpful, but candidates with strong industrial backgrounds and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts (1st shift 5am-3pm/2nd shift 245pm-12:45am)
• Friday overtime as needed
• Weekend work is voluntary only- no mandatory weekends
