Cook Systems is seeking a Director of Systems and Programming Services to lead the WIC IT team, overseeing the WiSE/EBT data system and guiding strategic technology initiatives across enterprise applications. The role directs the full SDLC, ensures cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and reports on governance, budgets, and performance.
