Description Luxford Living is a technology-forward property management company overseeing a national multifamily portfolio. We're modernizing how apartment communities are managed and maintained, and we're looking for a hands‑on leader to own capital projects across our properties. As Head of Projects, you'll lead landscaping, pool, and renovation projects portfolio-wide — from scoping and vendor selection through completion. You know what quality work looks like, what it should cost, and how to hold contractors accountable. Travel Travel is required. Weekly travel to properties across our markets; all travel expenses fully paid by the company.
