Digital Marketing & Web Manager

About the Role
Worldwide Sourcing Group is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing & Web Manager to oversee our online presence, company websites, digital marketing initiatives, and email campaigns. This position is ideal for an individual with strong WordPress experience, graphic design skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital marketing strategies.
This role will be based exclusively in our Gardena, California office. Applicants must be available to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Design, develop, and maintain multiple company websites using WordPress.
- Ensure websites are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Digital Marketing
- Create engaging and brand-consistent digital content.
- Manage and optimize nationwide Google Business Listings.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Analyze website and marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
- Design newsletters and promotional email content.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
Creative Development
- Design graphics and marketing materials for websites and digital campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
- Stay current on emerging trends in web design, SEO, and digital marketing.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing WordPress websites.
- Experience with graphic design and digital content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience using Google Analytics and website performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of digital advertising and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
