Job Description The ideal barista is motivated, outgoing, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently, adhering to all recipe standards while delivering exceptional customer service. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and drink preparation and products. Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and coworkers. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and embraces a flexible schedule. Valid food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations. Preferred: 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality. Pay Range $15.95 – $16.55 per hour.
