Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative Senior Full Stack LLM Engineer to pioneer the integration of Generative AI into our core product ecosystem. This role requires a high-velocity product engineer who combines 8+ years of robust software engineering experience with a modern, AI-accelerated development mindset. You will architect scalable enterprise applications utilizing Golang on the backend, React/Next.js on the frontend, and PostgreSQL for complex data modeling. Crucially, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of advanced AI features, moving beyond basic API wrappers to build production-grade systems featuring complex context management, tool utilization, and autonomous function calling.
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Feature Delivery: Take complete ownership of the AI product lifecycle, from initial system architecture to production deployment and monitoring.
• Backend Architecture: Design and implement highly secure, scalable, and concurrent REST/gRPC APIs in Golang to efficiently expose LLM capabilities.
• Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, intuitive UI/UX components using React and Next.js that present complex AI workflows simply to end-users.
• LLM Operationalization: Integrate and manage foundation models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini) into live software engineering pipelines.
• Advanced AI Implementations: Architect application layers handling sophisticated LLM capabilities, including function calling, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and dynamic context window management.
• Database Engineering: Design, optimize, and maintain robust PostgreSQL schemas, index strategies, and data models explicitly structured to back fast-moving, AI-driven application workflows.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Systems: 8+ years of total software engineering experience, with strong current proficiency in Golang for backend systems.
• Frontend Ecosystem: Deep production experience using React, Next.js, and modern state management tools.
• AI & Automation: Proven track record of operationalizing LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini). Hands-on mastery of tool use, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering protocols.
• Database Management: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex query optimization, and data pipelines.
• Modern Workflows: Deep familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation tuned for continuous AI feature rollout.

Qualifications & Soft Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Strong product sense with an explicit focus on leveraging AI tools to accelerate code development and feature iteration velocity.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs between different LLM model selections and architectural designs.
