A Day in the Life of a Care Pro To us, caregiving is more than just work—it’s a calling. We believe caring for others is sacred, if you do too, then you’ll fit in with our team. Each client and their specific needs will be different. Home Instead Care Pros are encouraged to find their own unique ways to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Care Pros drive to their clients' homes, greet them, check notes from other caregivers or family members documented in the client binder. Care Pros will often sit and listen to clients' stories, make them a meal, clean around the house, and get clients ready before driving them to and from appointments. Job Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have a working vehicle and valid car insurance Applicants must provide a valid DL Have a high school diploma or GED Be able to pass a background check and drug test Pay $15/ hr starting pay $17-18/hr for certain locations and shift lengths Bonuses for reviews and referrals Raises based on tenure Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid training 24/7 support from staff Monthly developmental workshops Health, eye, and dental insurance Ongoing growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
