SEKO MedTec is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment operations at our Antioch, TN facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Distribution Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Fulfillment Supervisor, or Logistics Supervisor looking to expand their leadership responsibilities and make a direct impact on a growing operation. What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations Interview, train, and develop employees Ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and customer service metrics Partner with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure operational success Identify and implement process improvements Maintain compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, or transportation operations 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience Experience hiring, training, and developing employees Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Experience with inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment Why Join SEKO MedTec?
