Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to adapt to dynamic school environments

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech and language abilities to design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with each student's IEP
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for student goals
• Educate students, staff, and families on communication strategies and interventions
