Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. As a vital part of our event management crew, you will support all aspects of event operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional attendee experiences. This is a full‑time position. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup and teardown, arranging furniture, signage, and equipment. Welcome and direct attendees, providing information and support as needed. Monitor event areas to ensure the venue remains safe, clean, and accessible at all times. Coordinate with vendors, performers, and management to ensure timely execution of event schedules. Manage crowd control and assist with ticketing or registration check‑ins. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse attendees and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand. Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and handle manual setup tasks. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
