Trauma-Informed Information & Referral Specialist

You will manage referrals, enroll clients in Respite services, complete intakes, and work with clients on recovery and discharge plans while maintaining trauma-informed care. The role requires accurate scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, and strong customer service.
