One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.One (1) or more years of home health care experience.One (1) to two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home care.Possess and maintain valid CPR Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements, required.Complies with accepted professional standards.Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication.Access to reliable transportation.
