Job Description

A Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides essential support to individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities. This role involves helping clients maintain their independence by offering personal care, medication assistance, and companionship, along with support for household tasks. The PCA ensures a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment tailored to the client’s needs.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including hygiene and grooming assistance
Assist with medication reminders and administration under supervision
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Support with household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment

Required Qualifications

Experience in patient assistance
Ability to provide timely medication reminders
Compassionate communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in personal care or caregiving
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
