This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories as well as their mental health criteria.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy workshops, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with team members, ensuring comprehensive and integrated care plans that consider all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Provide education and support to families, inviting them to participate in the recovery process and help strengthen the client’s support network.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
