This per diem opportunity offers an experienced pharmacist the chance to work in a dynamic retail pharmacy setting. The role is ideal for candidates with current Illinois pharmacy licensure seeking flexible, day-shift assignments in a vibrant community. Schedule: Days: October 14, 16, 24, 25, 31; November 1 Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with all regulations and company policies. Counsel patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and answer any pharmaceutical questions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and ensure optimal patient care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and manage pharmacy inventory efficiently. Qualifications and Experience: Proven retail pharmacy experience demonstrating familiarity with prescription processing. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient interaction and counseling. Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and attention to detail.
