Senior Accountant

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or public accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong understanding of financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Familiarity with payroll processes and payroll-related accounting entries
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients
- Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and clients while meeting strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and paperless systems.
- Full-time, on-site position in Mesa, AZ with hybrid flexibility
- Flexible schedule outside of 9-4 core business hours
- Every other Friday off during the summer while working a flexible compressed schedule
