Pay and Benefits That Make a Difference Estimated first-year earnings of $76,000–$88,000: Starting pay is typically $31/hour, plus overtime at time-and-a-half. Most weeks run 45–50 hours, often closer to 50. Actual earnings depend on hours worked and PTO taken; 50 hours each week are not guaranteed. No-cost employee health coverage : Honey Bucket pays 100% of employee medical, dental, and vision premiums, with dependent coverage available at a very low employee cost. Retirement contributions up to 10% annually : After a full fiscal year, eligible employees receive company retirement contributions through a combination of matching and employer defined contributions, subject to plan terms. Shareholder opportunity : Build your future with an employee-owned company. Company vehicle, fuel, cell phone and laptop : Includes reasonable personal vehicle use under company policy. Paid on-call coverage : $2.50/hour during assigned standby periods (rotation is approx. every 8 weeks). When called in, standby pay stops and work is paid at your regular rate, plus applicable overtime. Must be able to report within 90 minutes. What You’ll Do Lead and Inspire : Mentor and develop employees, helping them reach their full potential through training, coaching, and recognition. Drive Success : Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and satisfactory results for our customers. Contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Champion Quality : Inspect units and services to ensure they meet Honey Bucket standards. Provide follow‑up training and celebrate excellence. Engage Customers : Build strong relationships, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. Hands‑On Operations : Assist with pre‑trips, event coordination, deliveries, pick‑ups, services, and minor truck repairs. Physically Capable : Able to lift 70+ pounds and climb in and out of a truck multiple times a day. Skilled Driver : Comfortable operating a vehicle with a 25‑foot trailer and maintaining a clean driving record. Mechanical Aptitude : Basic skills to perform minor truck and equipment repairs. Salesforce experience is a plus. Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently. Spanish‑speaking skills are a plus. Availability for company‑paid training travel. Must have or obtain a REAL ID‑compliant license or other identification accepted for domestic air travel and access to assigned restricted work sites. Meet safety‑sensitive drug screening and DOT Medical Card requirements, including pre‑employment and random testing including THC.
