Overnight Operations Manager

Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team and supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store. Responsibilities include store management, supervision, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training and development, financial management, and customer service leadership. Essential Functions Lead and manage store crew, supervise, assign tasks, communicate information, and support operational improvement plans. Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote a culture of excellent customer service. Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical and computer skills. Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime and urgent store issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
