Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health history and current challenges, thereby facilitating the creation of tailored treatment plans.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a wide range of mental health issues.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

  • Utilize our teletherapy platform to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages open communication.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to both ethical and regulatory standards.

Your focus will be on clients who require mental health support in the hospice context, where challenges may include dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, and other related mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work is mandatory.

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required, along with proof of your educational qualifications.

  • No record of disciplinary actions on your licensure or profession is acceptable.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic, patient-centered approach are critical for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with caseload and experience.
