About the Position

Job Title: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid Compact License required Certifications: BLS, RDMS, ARDMS or CCI Must-Have: Experience in Pediatric Cardiology preferred Description: Years of experience required: 2. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirement: Yes. On-call required. Will not need to float between units. Block schedule accommodation possible at manager’s discretion. Local candidates accepted. Pending license not accepted. RTO must be included at the time of submission. Facility may call off once per two-week pay period. Type of facility: Acute Care Client. Total staffed beds: 150. Daily caseload: 8-10 patients. Age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities. Candidates must not reach out to facility contacts directly unless communicated through appropriate channels. References required: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule may lead to termination of the contract. Modules are non-billable, and time spent on modules is factored into NBO hours.
