Physical Therapist - Part Time - Hospital Inpatient

PRN Inpatient PT - 401K with a 4% Match + Free Continued Education

We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a part-time/PRN position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.

Qualifications

• Passion around serving others!
• California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• AHA BLS required
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $55 - $62/hour + free continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
