We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Cardiothoracic Surgeon (MD/DO) to join a collaborative and advanced surgical team in Lima, OH

What You’ll Do

Perform advanced cardiothoracic surgical procedures (cardiac, thoracic, and vascular as applicable)
Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative surgical care
Develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans
Interpret advanced diagnostic imaging and cardiac studies
Provide inpatient surgical management and critical care coordination
Collaborate with cardiology, ICU, anesthesia, and surgical teams
Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, and recovery
️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

✅ What You Bring

✔️ MD/DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery)
✔️ Active Ohio Medical License (or ability to obtain)
✔️ Strong expertise in complex cardiac and thoracic procedures
✔️ Excellent surgical precision and clinical judgment
✔️ Strong leadership and teamwork skills
