Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on production equipment
• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure smooth production
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and document work in the CMMS system
• Follow all GMPs, safety guidelines, and food safety procedures (HACCP/FSMA, SQF)
• Support general facility upkeep and work collaboratively with the maintenance team

Schedule:

Temp to Hire Monday–Friday: 3pm-11pm (Saturdays when Mandatory)

Compensation:

$25–$34/hr DOE

Entry-Level Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Machine operator or production line experience required Basic mechanical skills or a desire to learn industrial maintenance Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical tasks This client participates in the E-Verify program (Learn more at E-Verify.gov)
