Warehouse Operations Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Crescent Plumbing Supply Co. This is a hands-on position requiring precision, accountability, and a genuine commitment to accuracy. You'll play a critical role in order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer support - work that directly impacts our ability to serve our customers on time, every time. Key Responsibilities Service & Customer Focus Interact professionally with customers and internal teams; communicate clearly and respectfully Fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring quality and timeliness Process customer returns with precision, following company protocols Order & Inventory Management Receive and verify incoming purchase orders with strict adherence to procedural guidelines - accuracy is non-negotiable Maintain organized inventory and systematically stock shelves to promote efficiency and clear aisles Use company software correctly and consistently to maintain data integrity in inventory tracking Read and interpret documentation precisely; follow all labels and written instructions Operations & Teamwork Operate tools and machinery safely and correctly when handling freight Demonstrate initiative - when primary duties are complete, proactively support ongoing operations Collaborate constructively with colleagues; maintain a positive, respectful demeanor Honor scheduling commitments and provide timely notice for time-off requests Comply with all standard operating procedures; seek clarification when necessary Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable transportation to work and consistent attendance Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely Preferred Experience 1+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience Experience with warehouse management software or inventory systems Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Hourly Rate: $23–$28/hour, based on experience and demonstrated performance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Stable, growing company in a strong market Why This Matters to Us We value employees who take pride in their work.
