This role is responsible for driving governance, standard reporting, analytics, visualization, user enablement, quality assurance and continuous improvement. The role will build internal capabilities that support both ongoing operations and future SAC implementations across business units. There will be 2 direct reports.Reporting & AnalyticsProvide enterprise leadership for reporting, analytics and visualization capabilities in SAC.Define the enterprise vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics in SACEstablish dashboard design and visualization standards.Develop reporting governance, KPI definitions and reporting best practices.Drive consistency across business units.Identify opportunities to improve executive reporting and decision support.Partner with Finance functions to align reporting strategy with business objectivesSAC CapabilitiesBuild enterprise capabilities that support successful implementation, stabilization and continuous evolution of SAP Analytics Cloud.Establish enterprise standards for SAC implementation and operational excellence.Develop reusable implementation methodologies and playbooks.Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future deployments.Build scalable governance and support models for future business units.Promote continuous improvement across all SAC capabilities.The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
