What You'll Do Respond to after-hours hospice calls and urgent patient needs throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Perform in-home assessments and provide symptom management, medication administration, and comfort-focused nursing care. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. What You'll Bring Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license. Hospice experience preferred; nurses from ICU, oncology, home health, emergency, or palliative care are encouraged to apply. Excellent clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.
