Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Rula Health is seeking a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality virtual mental health services to individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical care entirely through secure telehealth, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, formulating DSM-5–aligned diagnoses when appropriate, and developing evidence-based treatment plans that support meaningful change within the family system. You will manage a steady caseload, offering ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions based on client needs, clinical outcomes, and evolving treatment goals. Working within the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will collaborate closely with other clinicians to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. You will document all clinical encounters accurately and promptly in our electronic medical record, adhere to HIPAA and state regulatory requirements, and maintain the highest standards of ethical practice.
