Why you’ll want to work here 100% Free Employee Healthcare and Dental insurance No Weekends Stellar career growth Competitive salary package Expected range of pay between $60,000 - $90,000/Year Great culture Paid time off Employee purchase and service program What you’ll be doing Greet all customers promptly and professionally Interface with customer to fully understand their needs and offer parts and service as required Work with vendors to order parts and provide lead times to customers Build fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and company’s best interest in mind Act as a liaison between technicians and customers Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Other duties as assigned What you’ll need One year of automotive retail service consultant experience Mechanical knowledge Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication Must be well organized and able to multitask.
