Bridge Property Management
Bridge Property Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full business operation of a residential community in Washington. You will lead the onsite team, manage leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. You will hire and develop staff, handle resident relations, and collaborate with ownership and investors to meet performance targets.
