Tax Agent BILINGUAL (SEASONAL JAN -APR 2027)

Job Description We are looking for three goal-driven BILINGUAL Tax Agents to join our team for the 2027 Tax Season. Tax Agents will be responsible for advising clients, reviewing and analyzing tax information provided by clients, preparing and filing accurate tax returns, and assisting clients with future tax planning. Our Tax Preparers are expected to maintain strict client confidentiality while providing excellent customer service that builds trust and encourages repeat business. To ensure success as a Tax Preparer, you should be knowledgeable of legislation and regulations, provide excellent service to clients, and maintain the high standard set by the organization. Benefits Career Growth Opportunities### Responsibilities Handle corporate and individual taxes, ITIN and Amendments. Tax Extensions Review and analyze tax documents submitted by clients. Prepare and electronically file individual and/or business tax returns. Advise clients regarding their tax situation and future tax planning. Communicate clearly with clients regarding missing information, tax questions, and filing requirements. Handle correspondence with clients and tax authorities when necessary. ITIN new, renewal and follow up on Rejects. Process IRS and State payments. Maintain accurate and organized client records in the systems. Protect confidential and sensitive client information at all times. Stay informed about applicable tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements. Provide excellent customer service and maintain the high standards of our organization. Requirements Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish Background or education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of tax preparation experience Valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) preferred Registered Tax Return Preparer credentials or relevant tax preparation certification preferred Strong computer and technology skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information Strong customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
