Clinical Director / Lead Dentist – Vineland, NJ

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience to serve as the clinical leader of a well-established, high-volume multispecialty dental practice in Vineland, New Jersey .

5+ years of clinical experience is an absolute requirement for this position.

This opportunity is with a highly established dental organization that has been providing comprehensive dental care throughout New Jersey for more than 40 years . The organization operates a network of approximately 20 locations across the state and provides patients access to general dentistry as well as a broad range of specialty services.

The Vineland practice is an established multispecialty office offering comprehensive care, including preventive and restorative dentistry, cosmetic procedures, orthodontics, periodontal treatment, dental implants, and emergency care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned dentist who enjoys practicing clinically but is also ready to take on a leadership and mentorship role within a large practice .

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current and active New Jersey Dental License
• Current CDS license
• Current DEA license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability and desire to serve as the clinical leader of a large multispecialty practice
• Comfortable mentoring and collaborating with other dentists
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and oversee the clinical care of patients
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients and parents/guardians regarding treatment options and proper oral health
• Communicate with dentists, specialists, hygienists, and support staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans
• Mentor and collaborate with other treating doctors on complex cases and treatment planning
• Help maintain high clinical standards throughout the practice
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation of diagnoses, medications, treatments, and consultations
• Promote a collaborative, patient-first clinical culture

Its multispecialty model allows patients to receive a wide range of services within the same organization, including general, cosmetic, orthodontic, periodontal, endodontic, and oral surgery care.

The Vineland location provides services ranging from routine exams, cleanings, crowns, bridges, and dentures to dental implants, orthodontics, periodontal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and same-day emergency appointments.

Compensation & Benefits

$300,000–$350,000 Annual Compensation
