• 100% Adult Patients

• Provide Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab Coverage
• Perform Pre-Procedure Assessments
• Perform Scheduled Electrophysiology Procedures
• Remain Available as Clinically Appropriate During Post-Procedure Recovery
• Perform Catheter Ablations Based on Experience, Skill Set, and Credentials
• Perform Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device Procedures Based on Experience, Skill Set, and Credentials
• Limited Outpatient Clinic Coverage May Be Available Based on Operational Needs and Provider Availability
• Outpatient Responsibilities May Include New and Follow-Up Consultations
• Review ECGs
• Interpret Cardiac Monitors
• Review Implanted Cardiac Devices

• Cardiac Electrophysiology Procedures
• Catheter Ablation Experience - Preferred
• Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device Procedure Experience - Preferred
• Procedural Responsibilities May Be Tailored Based on Provider Experience, Skill Set, and Credentials

• Established Electrophysiology Team
• EP Nurses
• EP Technologists
• Advanced Practice Providers / Mid-Level Staff
• 221-Bed Hospital
• Provider May Work Independently
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology - Required
• Active Maryland Medical License - Required at Time of Application
• Active Maryland License Must Be in Hand for Consideration
• IMLC Accepted
• DEA Registration - Required
• Maryland CSR License - Required
• ACLS - Required

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 Days
