We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and generating warehouse reports using computer systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and basic to intermediate PC knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Unload, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Create shipping labels and process shipments through various carrier systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Enter data into warehouse management systems and spreadsheets.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and report issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills, including:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Data entry and report generation
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management software
• Ability to read shipping documents and inventory reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and freight shipping processes.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
