Responsibilities Represent Lumina Agency INC and its clients in a professional and positive manner. Assist with public relations, outreach, and brand awareness initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and community members. Communicate key information clearly and professionally. Support the planning and execution of promotional and public-facing activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and organizational goals. Assist with client communications and relationship management. Maintain a strong understanding of current client initiatives and objectives. Provide feedback and observations to help improve outreach strategies. Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development activities.
