We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for either full-time or part-time positions. Title Registered Dental Assistant Job Description Assist the dentist chair-side during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring sterility and adherence to OSHA infection control standards. Take diagnostic digital x-rays, including recall x-rays and full mouth series (FMX). Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and team members to foster a positive experience. Anticipate procedural steps to streamline patient care and support workflow efficiency. Participate in restocking, cleaning, and maintaining instruments and equipment, especially on non-patient days. Uphold a professional demeanor and contribute as a proactive, reliable team player. Salary Range part-time $33 - $39 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage patients and collaborate with the dental team. Proficient in digital radiography and infection control protocols. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Gentle and patient-focused approach with excellent chair-side manners. Preferences Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Minimum 1-2 years experience as an RDA or Dental Assistant preferred.
