THE POSITION

Join our dedicatedteam as an RN Case Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering quality patient care. In this position, you will utilize your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure seamless transitions across healthcare settings. A currentNC license as a Registered Nurse issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing is required. Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
