HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a respected, long-established orthopedic practice in Orlando, FL . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialized orthopedic environment while treating a diverse patient population. The practice emphasizes individualized rehabilitation and provides care to patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, spine conditions, and a variety of other musculoskeletal conditions.

Pay:

• $27-33 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1-hour lunch break

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with physician referrals, established plans of care, organizational policies, and applicable state regulations
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress, concerns, and changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, required
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Florida, required
