Role Overview

CSR (2025-1063)

The Customer Service Representative ensures that customer needs are met efficiently, professionally, and consistently. This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming or outgoing customer communications, handling inquiries, complaints, and support issues while coordinating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, sales, or appointment setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

• Exceptional customer service and phone skills

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and sales capabilities

• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Comfortable typing and working with computers

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls for service accounts

• Follow communication scripts while engaging with customers

• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions or alternatives.

• Upsell products and services when appropriate

• Build sustainable customer relationships

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

• Maintain and grow product knowledge

• Achieve and exceed established KPIs and performance goals

• Communicate effectively with technicians and internal teams to resolve day-to-day issues

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
