Accounting Manager (Policy Interpretation)

Job Summary The Policy Analyst advises, assists, leads, manages, and works in all policy development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, communication, and compliance in accordance with NGA's policy and oversight, supporting strategic planning and governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Responsible for project consultation and management of initiatives that achieve business goals and client objectives by building strong teams focused on improving outcomes. Lead policy development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, communication, and compliance. Support governance and process improvement initiatives. Support the Transition Analyst functions, participating in onboarding and off‑boarding processes while providing a high level of detail and customer service. Maintain and oversee the corporate Records Management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Strong experience in policy analysis and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with visual programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic) is a plus.
