Your Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Lead the flow and support the dental assistant team Train and coach assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality care Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures Take dental impressions and digital scans (iTero preferred) Oversee and perform sterilization of instruments per OSHA/HIPAA standards Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth daily operations Welcome and prepare patients for procedures Manage supply inventory and place orders Who You Are Licensed in Texas (required) 1+ year experience in a Lead RDA role Proven success mentoring and developing dental assistants Organized, reliable, and proactive Patient-focused, compassionate, and adaptable A people-first leader who leads with empathy and accountability Adaptable and energized by a lively, collaborative environment Be part of a culture that values people, supports growth, and empowers you to lead confidence and purpose #J-18808-Ljbffr Role, Inc.
