Job Description A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri-state area. Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver's license as a company van will be provided. This role will require the ability to drive to the following locations for assignments: Miami Aventura Bal Harbour Wellington West Palm Beach Palm Beach Sawgrass The Falls Dadeland Boca Raton Coral Gables Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Miramar Beach Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled. Must have experience with: Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client. Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team Construction cleanups Carpet extractionsStrip and Wax, Buffing floors Pressure washing Window cleaning Hi-low dusting General office cleaning Training and recruitment of cleaning staff Reporting hours to payroll Bilingual English And Spanish Skills Required Flexibility with working hours.
