What you’ll bring:

• Hold a valid state Physical Therapy license (or be eligible for licensure)
• Previous experience or genuine interest in working with school-aged children
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to provide services in a dynamic school setting
• Knowledge of current best practices in pediatric and school-based physical therapy, including consultative approaches

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to a manageable caseload of fewer than 30 students
• Assess students’ motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans to support their educational needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other related service providers to ensure integrated care

• Communicate recommendations and strategies clearly to staff and families
